BOOKING DEPOSIT

A Deposit of £50 is required to secure all appointments for treatments over £100, for treatments under £100, a £20 deposit is required.

All deposits are non-refundable, but they will be credited towards your total treatment cost.

APPOINTMENT RE-SCHEDULLING

We understand that life happens and are happy to accommodate changes where possible.

Please give us at least 48 hours notice to rearrange your booking.

Your deposit will be carried over yo your new booking if proper notice is given.

NO SHOW POLICY

If you miss your appointment without prior notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and future booking will require 100% upfront payment for missed appointment.
